Global Shipping from the Source

All FeedCurrent orders are shipped directly from our logistics center in HangZhou, China, providing you with efficient access to our full range of professional automation components.

 

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated in real-time based on:

  • Your Destination Country/Region
  • The Selected Shipping Method (e.g., Standard, Expedited)
  • The Total Weight and Dimensions of Your Package

The final cost and delivery estimate will be clearly displayed before you complete your order checkout.


Cancel or Change An Order

To cancel or modify an order, please contact our support team immediately. We can only process changes if the order has not yet been packaged or shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled or altered. If you have received the order, you may initiate a return under our standard Return & Exchange Policy.

 

Important Customs & Import Information

The recipient is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may be levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are determined solely by the local customs authorities.

Please contact your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your international order.

 

Transport Damage Clause

FeedCurrent ensures all products are securely packed prior to shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package for visible damage upon delivery. If you notice any external damage to the shipping box, please note it with the carrier before signing the delivery receipt.

If you discover damage to the product itself after opening the package, you must:

Notify FeedCurrent Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photographic evidence of both the damaged product and the original packaging.

FeedCurrent will work with the logistics provider to investigate the claim and facilitate a replacement or repair in accordance with our warranty terms. Failure to report damage within the specified timeframe may affect the resolution of your claim.
