FeedCurrent guarantees the quality of our industrial-grade components. This Limited Warranty applies to your direct purchase from www.feedcurrent.com or authorized sellers.

 

Warranty Process

  • Contact our Support Team at support@feedcurrent.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
  • If a warranty claim is validated, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and service instructions.
  • Ship the product to our designated service center. For your convenience, you can track your return shipment using our partnered service, 17Track.
  • Upon receipt and inspection, we will proceed with the approved service (repair or replacement). The serviced item will be shipped back to you.

 

Valid Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This includes:

  • The original sales invoice or receipt from feedcurrent.com or an authorized reseller.
  • The order number and date must be clearly visible.

 

Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty service.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The initial cost to ship the product to the FeedCurrent service center for inspection.
  • The cost for FeedCurrent to ship the repaired or replacement product back to the buyer.


What Does This Warranty Cover?

This 12-Month Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in professional automation applications (e.g., building, office, agricultural control).

 

Not Covered Under Warranty

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

  • Improper installation, use, or neglect of product instructions.
  • Accident, abuse, misuse, liquid spill, or external causes (power surges, fire, etc.).
  • Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
  • Use with incompatible third-party devices or software.
  • Damage determined to be caused by the customer.

In such cases, repair may be offered at standard service rates, with all shipping costs borne by the customer.

 

Not Liable for

FeedCurrent shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
